Response time

We aim to acknowledge messages within two business days. Complex catalog or access issues may need a short follow‑up; we will say so in our reply.

What to send here

Catalog quality (wrong metadata, missing covers), language or accessibility feedback, sign‑in problems, and admin requests for your organization. Avoid sharing passwords or payment data in email.

Before you write

  1. Include the email address tied to your Libris account (or say clearly if you have not registered yet).
  2. Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps you took (browser, approximate time).
  3. For a specific book, include title, author, and category if you know them.
  4. If you are an admin, mention your role and whether the issue affects all users or one account.
